I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming, dually licensed mental health and addiction counselor. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, relationship stress, life transitions, and spiritual concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I'm a Master-Certified ART therapist and use it to reprocess trauma, ease emotional distress, and create space for healing and lasting change.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades as a creative director in advertising and film. My own journey with anxiety and ADHD taught me how powerful the right support can be. I bring that empathy, insight, and hope into the therapy room—helping clients reconnect with their strengths and live with greater clarity, purpose, and satisfaction.
