About
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/National Certified Counselor that has worked in the field of mental health for 16 years. As a therapist, I have been able to work with adults in inpatient substance abuse, to teenagers in residential group homes, to community mental health, and to school-based mental health services. I have been so fortunate to have had these opportunities and now dedicate my time in my private practice at Cherry Lane Counseling.
My main focus is on men's issues, teen boy's issues, and performance psychology (achieving optimal performance in sports or any domain with a performance component).
In order for you to get the most out of therapy, YOU have to be fully invested. YOU are the most important person in the process as you are the only expert of you. In my view, my job’s not to “fix” you, but to simply be a small part in your success. The absolute best part of my work is seeing people get from mere "potential" to true belief. Up to you now.
