My approach is based in relational psychotherapy and also incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy, family systems and Existential perspectives.
I have a few areas of speciality including, relationship problems, addiction, trauma, family wounds, and spiritual concerns/growth.
I enjoy incorporating spirituality into the therapeutic process when desired. Sometimes this means deepening one's existing faith practices, other times it involves processing the damaging / limiting aspects of one's spiritual experience. I have training in Spiritual Direction and a keen interest in pilgrimage and travel as transformative experiences.
