I specialize in helping individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether it's a lack of skills, motivation, or intrusive thoughts, I support clients through various challenges such as depression, self-harm, motivation issues, mindset shifts, ADHD, and more. My primary approach is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and IFS. I also do a lot of Gottman Method work with couples. I have also been an approved clinical supervisor for 9 years in Montana and 7 Years in Missouri.
Therapy is hard work. I can teach you the skills and work with you on changing the thought process but the most valuable thing you will get out of therapy with me is a change in your mindset.
