Accepting new clients for in-person and virtual visits!
I serve adults of any age struggling with trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and many other mental health concerns. I seek to help those dealing with pain, fear, anger, guilt, and shame, be it from past experiences, harmful relationships, life changes, or any other source. You never have to carry those feelings alone, and it is okay to feel them, but you also get to choose what you do with them. For anyone looking to understand their thoughts and feelings, learn new skills, and make positive changes, I'm here to help!.
I like to let my clients lead sessions, but I ask questions to help develop a deeper understanding and insight into thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. I believe that learning from the past is a path to understanding the present, taking back control of the future, and living a free and happy life.
Asking for help is difficult, but it can be an important first step towards making a difference, so I invite you to reach out whenever you are ready. You are not alone, and you never have to go through your struggles alone. I look forward to learning more about what you're going through and how I can help!
