My focus areas include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation (such as anger), stress, trauma, career challenges, and life transitions. As a veteran myself, I offer a compassionate and supportive space for those who have served. I provide personalized counseling to address the unique challenges faced by military members and their families.

I’m passionate about helping families heal and grow together and I know firsthand the importance of healthy relationships in our lives. I frequently collaborate with Child Protective Services (CPS) to help children be reunited with their families. Outside of the therapy office, I am part of a blended family with four wonderful children and a loving spouse.
