I have my Master's Degree in Counseling with Specialization in Sport and Health Psychology. The majority of my training and experience is in utilizing cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness-based therapy for positive behavior change, symptom management, performance enhancement, and motivation.
I aim to create an honest and genuine relationship with each client, and I believe in working together to create a positive and productive therapeutic experience.
