I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with experience helping diverse clients in various treatment settings, including private practice and a residential treatment center. I provide individual and couples counseling using Solutions-Focused, Emotion-Focused, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. I completed my Master’s in Counseling at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. I believe effective therapy starts with creating a strong therapeutic alliance that helps clients feel safe, free from judgment, and empowered to find solutions to their problems.
