I specialize in working with couples who find themselves in high stress, high conflict situations and are committed to making their relationship work. I also specialize in working with men who want to be better fathers, husbands, and proud of the direction they are headed in life. I have advanced training in marital therapy, trauma recovery and existential meaning making. I am highly relational, process oriented, and committed to growth.
My job is not to change people, but to cultivate brave spaces for people to learn how to grow through the pain and messiness of life. Together we will learn how take a process approach to seeing your story more clearly, understanding who you are more deeply, and practicing the courage to grow into wholeness.
I deeply believe in the power of this work to change lives. I have seen it happen for countless others. I have also experienced it change the trajectory of my own life.
