About
**Currently on Leave and unable to take new clients**Life is full of pain and suffering but it is not to be gone through alone. Strength is in reaching out to another who can help you get through the difficulty. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to help empower you to make any desired changes needed to help you resolve whatever it is you are struggling with. My role is to collaborate with you and to assist you in getting unstuck and arriving where you want to go. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples.
I have ten years of experience working with trauma, loss, addictions, depression, anxiety, and those conflicted or hurt by religion. Therapy does work and I have found that the best outcomes are from integration of feedback from you and my appropriately adjusting treatment to what is most helpful to you.
I offer initial consultation to allow us the opportunity to meet in person and without pressure to see if we are a good fit for one another. I look forward to hearing from you.
