My experiences in life have led me to view the world from the lens that the environment in which we are raised can affect the way we are in the present. I also believe that just because we may have had a less than ideal upbringing, it does not mean we cannot do anything about it. I am passionate about working with people to help solve problems, gain better insight, communicate with their partner/family better, and improve their quality of life. I use an individualized approach with every client to match what you need in order for you to be successful in your therapeutic journey.
I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and families. I am passionate about helping bring structure back into both the individual and the family experiencing dysfunction. Whether it is family issues, conduct behaviors, self-harm, mood disorders, etc. I am confident that we will be able to find solutions and reduce negative symptoms.
