I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with addiction, mental health concerns, or both. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning after past experiences. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring the challenges you’re facing and working toward meaningful change. I take a personalized approach to therapy and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I believe therapy should be collaborative which your experiences and perspective guide the work we do together.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Centenary College and have worked in the addiction and mental health field for over twenty years. My professional experience includes outpatient counseling, adolescent group therapy, and long-term residential treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
My work is guided by the belief that growth often begins with acceptance and clarity. Together we can work toward accepting what cannot be changed, finding the courage to change what can be changed, and developing the wisdom to understand the difference.
