About
During these uncertain times, mental health is of utmost concern. Isolation, anxiety, life stressors, & financial worries can all have a detrimental impact to one's mental health. Teamwork makes the dream work and I'd like to accompany you on the moon with a fishing pole! Personal connection can be hard to come by & one of my goals is to create a genuine connection. It might appear impossible to connect with an individual, talk about life, and progress in personal development, but we got this! If you are looking for someone to walk with you on a journey of self-discovery and "aha" moments, I look forward to meeting you!
Some of my specialties: substance use services/weekly psychoeducational process groups, child/adolescent therapy, & family therapy. Also, I offer individual and couples therapy.
I like to practice with an open mind, open heart, and kind spirit. I am able to meet you where you're at in life's journey. Therapy is a process, not a destination, and I would like to be a part of your process in discovering parts of yourself. If you are looking for a safe space to share the human condition in its totality, feel free to contact me!
