Life is hard. I am here to help you move through the challenges of life. The resources for growth and healing lie within. My aim is to help you tap into your inner strength and move forward. I am a laid back guy in general however I do take this work very seriously. I have a passion for personal growth and helping people get to the root of their presenting problem.
I am excited to now be able to offer EMDR therapy. Research has shown EMDR to be effective in bringing healing to wounding caused by trauma. I have about 8 years experience helping people overcome many issues including; trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems and life transitions.
I know that it can be hard to ask for help. Facing discomfort and being open about your hardships can take courage. My aim is to facilitate healing and growth. I would be honored to join you on your path of healing and well being.
