As a therapist, my most valuable role is to be someone who provides a safe environment where clients can learn more about themselves and process whatever they need to without fear of judgement. It's incredibly rewarding for me to help clients build trust and open up about things they haven't previously felt able to confront and work through. I believe that good therapy is a collaborative, and I feel honored when clients allow me to help them confront difficult emotions and process traumatic experiences.

From my experiences working with people who struggle with addiction and helping both adults and teens process their trauma, I've seen that many of us were never taught healthy ways to cope with painful feelings and experiences in life. My goal is to help you learn healthier ways to relate to and deal with these feelings.

The most profound changes I've experienced in my own counseling could not have happened if it weren't for the therapist first helping me feel unconditionally accepted and emotionally safe to talk about the things I felt most shameful about.
