Anxiety Depression Support Group (Adolescents)

Is your teen's world contracting due to stress/anxiety/depression? My goal is to help your world to start to expand again. I offer a safe and supportive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) support group called, "Mastering ME", to help adolescents reclaim their power over their mental and emotional health. "Mastering ME" helps teens through: group support, psychoeducation, emotional regulation and relaxation training (coping skill development).
