I enjoy helping clients who feel stuck with some aspect of their lives get unstuck and experience more joy and peace. I like getting to the heart of issues as efficiently as possible so we can begin working on finding answers and solutions. I love it when I see the lightbulb come on for clients who have felt in the dark for years. This process begins by discussing the challenges a client is facing and noticing areas of strong emotion. From there, we explore those strong emotions and note what core issues might be driving these feelings. It's a powerful process of discovery that helps bring complex issues into focus.

I have experience with many mental health disorders and have worked with people from ages 10-80 on an array of personal and relational issues that are keeping clients stuck. I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety and depression, and pornography dependency. I believe in letting a client know if I'm not the best fit, and will direct them to someone who is.

I firmly believe that individuals knows what is best for them, and often times just lack the support to follow through with improving their thoughts and behaviors. As a therapist I use a client-centered approach that allows of clients to gain another perspective to their challenges in life!
