I specialize in positive psychology and my orientation is forward looking and strength based. My sessions may include projects, "homework," and challenges. As a psychology professor, I also like to help explain what is going on or what people may expect when it comes to what they’re going through.
Psychology tends to focus on disorders and managing symptoms. I focus on what makes happy people happy, healthy people healthy and resilient people resilient.
