I specialize in working with teens, adults, and families. When a teen or young adult struggles, the whole family feels it. Whether you want your child to get more out of life or are worried about behaviors that destabilize their well-being, I can help.
I also support young adults navigating the tough transition into adulthood. For adults, I provide insight into building and sustaining meaningful relationships while managing the stress of today's fast-paced world. Together we will build resilience and move forward on your authentic path.
My experience as a coach, teacher, mentor, individual, couples and family therapist allow me to offer a unique skill set to match to your individual/family needs. We will deepen relational ties and you will have parenting support drawing from 25 years of serving youth and families in the community.
Human performance and peak mental states is a passion. With a combination of biofeedback and psychological skills, my clients sharpen their performance on the court, in the classroom, at the office, or in their day-to-day interactions. I also offer brainspotting to get to the root of performance issues.
