I offer body centered, mindfulness based therapy for individuals wanting to get at the source of their symptoms whether that be anxiety, depression, or relational difficulties.
I have deep passion for helping clients uncover the wisdom and direction that exists under layers of unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs. I use evidenced based approaches to facilitate core transformation. I am also extensively trained in PACT ( a psychobiological approach to couples therapy) for those interested in effective couples therapy.
I provide you refuge where you can be real, come clean and lay out your challenges without judgement or shallow advice. My job is to provide the encouragement and tools you need to live the life your heart knows is possible. In the couples arena I create a space for you both to learn to communicate effectively and collaboratively.
