I help couples recognize repeating patterns, substituting defensiveness with clear vulnerable communication, and strengthen intimacy. I have an integrative approach that allows us to meet and tailor you to what it is you're working on. This includes trauma and neurodivergent-informed Somatic Parts Work, Focusing, Jungian, Gestalt, Psychodynamics, EFT (emotionally focused couples therapy), shame-work, life-organization with an emphasis on creating wholeness and aliveness.
I believe shifting into new patterns of greater wellbeing takes place through attention to all levels: bio-chemical, psychological, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual.
