When depression, anxiety, and stress begin to feel too heavy to handle alone, I offer a safe place to explore and feel. My aim is to help you uncover and overcome the obstacles that are blocking you from living the life that you want. In our sessions, I will bring a warm, vibrant, grounded energy that is equal parts gentle and challenging. I believe that you possess an inner wisdom that truly knows what is true and right for you. Let's find that together.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship/attachment difficulties, sexuality, and life transitions, with a special interest in men's issues, codependence/narcissism, pornography addiction, and spiritual integration. My approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of each client.
I use a variety of approaches, including parts work, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness/meditation, CBT, and body awareness. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR. Give yourself a chance and reach out to me today. “Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness, will we discover the infinite power of our light” - Brene Brown
