About
Life presents opportunities for change and we all have the ability to grow from this change though self discovery. I believe that although change is inevitable, it takes courage to be active in guiding change toward personal growth. My goal is to create an environment where real and sustained growth is possible.
I am a master's level, dual licensed clinician. I hold a license as a Professional Counselor, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a seasoned family therapist, couples counselor, individual and play therapist. I am comfortable working many diverse individuals and their unique life stories.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused and Narrative Techniques to set the stage for your self discovery. I am also an experienced supervisor and I utilize my clinical skills to encourage growth and accountability in other Master's level clinicians.
