I work with people from all walks of life. I specialize in those suffering from complex trauma, substance use disorders, C-PTSD, family issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. I take an existential approach, and am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Brain Spotting, EMDR, and IFS as well as several talk therapy approaches.
I have spent the majority of my adult life exploring what makes each person unique and listening to what drives them.
