I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in painful thoughts and emotions, and I’m here to help. I work with teens (13+) and adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and life’s many stressors. Whether it’s social anxiety making dating feel impossible, panic attacks that come out of nowhere, or distressing intrusive thoughts, you don’t have to face it alone. I also help people navigate major life stressors, such as: caregiver burnout; career and workplace challenges; and spiritual concerns.
Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ERP, and ACT, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact—and find practical, personalized coping strategies that work for you. My background in social work also allows me to work closely with your treatment team and refer you to other resources as needed.
Above all, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’ll always respect your values and personal goals as we work together. If you're looking for a compassionate therapist to help you manage stress, anxiety, or big life transitions, I’d be honored to support you on this journey.
