I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in March 2020. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro in 2013. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time being an outpatient therapist.
Cognitive behavioral therapy is used to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, addictions and various other mental health complications. I have been trained at the masters educational level in the use of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modality.
