My unique, integrative approach to therapy, incorporating multiple modalities, has evolved over the course of many years, first as a client overcoming the challenges in my own life, then as a student earning a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and for three years now as a therapist who understands my clients' struggles on a deeply personal level.
