I am down-to-earth and appreciate practical approaches to problem solving. Sometimes, the problem is the problem. Together, we will name problems and address them in the way that best sets you up for success. Sometimes these challenges are bigger than you; they're part of larger, systemic issues. While I move through the world as an able-bodied cis White man, I intentionally observe the ways in which one's identities impact them and shape their realities.
Many of my clients have two things in common: 1. They are curious about themselves and the world around them. 2. They recognize that their real self and ideal self are misaligned. I do my best work with those who identify as overachievers who are more likely to focus on the one thing they haven't attained rather than the nine that they have.
