I utilize a strengths based and relational approach to therapy and incorporate aspects of mindfulness, meditation, and vibrational sound therapy into my work.

Join us every Monday at 6pm for a group meditation class for queer, trans, and gender expansive people. Each week we will explore different meditation techniques and practice coming home to our bodies. For many of us, we have been disconnected form our bodies and have not felt safe within them. This weekly practice helps us shift the relationship we have with our body as we work on coming home to it. Open to all experience levels!
