As a Licensed Psychologist, my professional approach encourages a person's strengths, inherent resilience, and individual differences that contribute to personal development and meaningfulness. I earned both a Master's and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and I completed my Pre-doctoral Internship at the University of Michigan and Post-doctoral Fellowship at an eating disorder treatment center.
I have specialized training in college student counseling, career exploration, social anxiety and perfectionism, and eating disorders including compulsive overeating.
I provide shorter-term psychotherapy services to adults. My training has provided me with a strong background in empirically-supported treatment approaches and knowing how to adapt my approach for each individual person to help you succeed.
