The Injury Recovery Support Group is for athletes to who find themselves recovering from a physical injury who would benefit from a community of others in the injury recovery process. The main focus of this group is to provide support for injured athletes, provide education for how injury impacts mental health, and develop coping skills to be mentally ready for return-to-play procedure.
