Deep themes and cycles emerge in our lives, requiring time and sensitivity to understand. As we explore our existence and identity, we move through many ideas and roles—and, at times, life becomes cluttered with contradictions and internal conflicts. The speed and pressure of modern life make it difficult to bring clarity and ease to these tensions. More so, it is challenging to see them within the context of our early attachments, developmental experiences, and conditioning. When anxiety, depression, or trauma weigh us down, it can be painfully difficult to give these themes the deep and fair attention they deserve.
With this, having a focused space to process these emerging themes can be crucial. Drawing from both therapeutic and philosophical training, I help people engage with themselves—radically and playfully—bringing both practical and conceptual insight to depression, anxiety, trauma, and questions of meaninglessness.
With these deep questions, I consider it crucial to engage with them honestly—unpacking the internal clutter and tension. Through compassionate and intentional dialogue, we will deeply listen to your experience and give voice to what has long been unheard. Therapy with me is not just deep exploration—it’s about creating clarity, movement, and real change.
