My clinical background involves working with young professionals pursuing their degree or who are in their first years in the workforce. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ community and help folks navigate the stressors of dating, relationship issues, loneliness, and issues around emotional intimacy. This can be a stressful adjustment period in life. If you are struggling with perfectionism/ being hard on yourself, low self-esteem, finding it difficult to maintain motivation, or simply want to experience deeper meaning and find a new path that fits who you are becoming, these are all areas I address in my practice.
