I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by Heidi Johanson, LPC Supervisor. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from UNT at Dallas. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, life adjustments, as well as gender/identity questions. I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence, individuals managing Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), OCD, and those coping with self-medication. Our minds and bodies carry the impact of difficult experiences in unique and sometimes complicated ways, but healing and growth are possible.

I draw from a variety of approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existentialism, and Psychodynamic therapy. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is highly effective for trauma and PTSD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), particularly helpful for OCD and phobias.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the heart of counseling.
