My name is Ryan Bennion. I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work with adults and specialize in treating stress, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on community integration. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate Mindfulness and experiential elements to help my clients make meaningful changes in their life. I have considerable experience working with veterans and adults presenting with a variety of challenges. Some of the typical challenges individuals present with include one or more of the following; Anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, grief, schizophrenia, and substance use.
I take a client centered approach to goal setting. I will support you in addressing the things you want to focus on. I will make suggestions and observations based off of the information I am provided but ultimately you will be in the drivers seat.
