Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, and major life transitions, helping them better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while we work together to identify patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
