Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC, LADCMH
Location
Have you experienced a change or challenge that has left you feeling unsteady or not your usual self? Are you experiencing feelings of anxiety or having difficulty managing stress? Are you having trouble communicating with your spouse or partner? Has your child's behavior gone from a concern to a worry? Therapy is about helping you make the changes you desire. Together, we will examine how your experiences (including your thoughts, beliefs, expectations, motivations, fears and needs) are affecting your current life situation.
The therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity to gain insight into patterns and explore aspects of yourself that are hard to address. As you become more aware of these patterns and deeper aspects of yourself, change becomes possible. *Ms. Herrera-Conaway is accepting new patients for psychotherapy on a very limited basis.*
In addition to psychotherapy I also provide mental health and trauma assessments. I have received extensive training and experience in providing objective assessments for legal and medical purposes. These include immigration hardship evaluations and infertility/egg donor evaluations. A referral from an attorney or physician is preferred but not required.
