Welcome! I specialize in chronic pain, anxiety, and other chronic symptoms. I know navigating treatment can feel like an endless battle; you may feel exhausted, isolated, misunderstood, or even dismissed. If you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, I’m here to help. Therapy with me is about more than just reducing symptoms. It’s about helping you regain your sense of control, feel safer in your body, and reclaim your life. Together, we’ll build tools for self-compassion and empowerment while you reconnect with your body. Relief from chronic symptoms is possible through psychological intervention!

Your symptoms are not “all in your head,” but the brain and nervous system significantly influence how we experience sensations. Through research-based techniques, we can retrain the brain to break the chronic cycle, reducing or even eliminating symptoms.
