Welcome! I specialize in anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, and other chronic health symptoms. My work is grounded in Feminist Multicultural Therapy, meaning I recognize how social identities (such as gender, race, class, sexuality, and ability) and trauma shape your experiences of pain and healing. Whether navigating societal expectations, medical systems, or personal relationships, your identity matters.

Your unique story will guide our therapy as we explore how your environment and internal narratives influence your health. In our work, I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, with deep respect for your lived experience. I use evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement and Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
