| español It takes courage to be authentic and vulnerable with a complete stranger no matter their credentials. I seek to create a space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered to move in the direction of their goals while developing coping skills that align with their values.
I work with clients in identifying and removing barriers to access the lives they have envisioned for themselves. My sessions are interactive, engaging and creative. Clients build and develop tools to use in their lives outside of therapy. I provide psychoeducation when appropriate and encourage clients to revisit their treatment goals periodically.
Life is difficult and making the journey alone only augments its challenges. Asking for help from a professional may be the hardest thing you do today, this month or ever, but it can also be one of the most beneficial actions you take in changing the course of your life. I would like to journey alongside you as you discover that another path exists.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga- TCTSY
TCTSY is an evidence-based practice of movement and breathing informed by research and understanding of trauma, attachment theory, and neuroscience. It is available to people of all ages and is accessible to everyone, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, body type, or physical ability. Participants are invited to make choices throughout the practice based on their bodies, senses, movements, or preferences.
