I believe healing happens in relationship, and I approach therapy as an intentional process built on trust, consent, and collaboration. With reverence for each person’s history and nervous system, I work gently and steadily, integrating attachment theory, trauma-informed care, neuroscience, and developmental understanding to support regulation, integration, and growth. I am currently passionate about working with kids 6 and up, adolescents, young adults, and elders, and specialize in trauma work, both acute and chronic.
As a play and art therapist, I invite expression beyond words. I attend to gesture, sensation, silence, and image. My work is based in mindful inquiry—welcoming mind, body, imagination, and spirit. I help clients slow down, bringing compassionate awareness to what’s unseen or unspoken, while offering grounded support through intensity and discomfort.
As a queer, Jewish, first-generation American and bilingual child of immigrants, I strive to hold space for the complexity of experience. My practice is LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, and gender, affirming and clients often tell me they feel truly seen, heard, and held in our work together. I would be honored to be a witness to, and ally in, your growth.
