Hello! My name is RuthAnn and I am a licensed clinical psychologist who believes there are many ways to “do therapy” well. Therapy can be brief and educational; therapy can be ongoing and more relational; or therapy can be intermittent with “episodes of care” here and there as needed. I have seen all these approaches work over the years. Therapy should be tailored. By taking an integrated biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to health and well-being, my goal is to collaborate with you as we figure out what is going on, and what will be most helpful next. Together we will help you take good care of you.
My style is warm, encouraging, and active. I am a good fit for motivated people who want to learn, grow, heal, and develop a strong therapeutic relationship with a psychologist who sees their strengths. I particularly love working with people who want to incorporate their faith into therapy as well as those who chose careers in service to others.
