Hello, I am Ruth and as a therapist I strive to create a space like this because this is where true healing and growth happen. We all have different life experiences and sometimes figuring out how to handle and cope with those experiences is challenging. You don't have to do it alone! Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, chronic stress, trauma, relationships or life transition change is possible.
Through the course of therapy we will examine both the past and present: how past experiences formed beliefs and ways of thinking that impact the present, and develop practical strategies to use in the present to address challenges in a healthy and empowering manner.
