I specialize in working with adults who struggle with issues related to trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provided trauma-informed care. I also bring experience working with military, healthcare, and first responder populations.
My therapeutic style is collaborative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness‐based practices, and client-centered approaches to help clients meet their goals in meaningful, sustainable ways.
