I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Virginia, and I am also Board Certified in Telemental Health. With over 25 years of experience, I have helped adults address issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, and addiction, guiding them back to the road of recovery and happiness. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Oklahoma State University and received a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, I hold a Master of Business Administration.
I utilize collaborative, strengths-based, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and experiential approaches to therapy to help clients meet their treatment objectives.
