I’m a therapist who helps people understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck—especially the ones that are hard to see on your own. Many of my clients are used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves underneath.
My approach is grounded in attachment and trauma-informed work, with a focus on how early experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others today. Together, we slow things down and pay attention to what’s happening in real time—especially in the moments where you might usually overthink, shut down, or move away from your own needs.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s a space to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build emotional resilience, and create more choice in how you respond to your life.
