About
Accepting new clients starting February, 1 2023! I offer help to anyone who wants to see a significant improvement in their life. I am willing to sit in the mess of life to help clients feel understood, and to help them learn tools to create a new narrative. I especially enjoy working with parents and teens. Learning to communicate in relationships is rough, let's do that together. If you're ready for a change, I'm ready to work with you!
I work with individuals (preteens, teens, adults) through issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, parenting, and abuse. I also work with families to resolve conflict and work together as a team to create a functional and thriving family. I offer one free phone consultation (15-20 min) or one free face-to-face consultation (30 min).
I have been working with clients since June of 2018, and I can assure you there is no problem too small or insignificant. What you're going through matters. It matters to me. We will work together to create a plan to help you create a day-to-day lifestyle that you no longer want to escape from.
