I'll support you in gently facing those truths too difficult to face alone and practicing the power of positive thinking, gratitude, and self-compassion. At your pace and without judgment, we will process your family history and trauma, and you will understand their effects on your relationships and life. We'll explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and triggers so you can make positive changes to heal and move toward peace, balance, and joy.
I support teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and more with a focus on those who're BIPOC, in immigrant families, and/or LGBTQIA+. Through therapy, you'll (re)discover holistic coping tools that tap into your strengths. I'll be with you every step of the way uplifting and empowering you to reach your goals.

Mindful Mamas
Join us for a virtual group all about mindfulness during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting! I will provide educational information and a supportive environment for women to come together as a community and navigate this delicate time. The founder of Phoenix Rising Counseling Group Chante Woods, who is a mom of 2 and expectant mother, will also be joining! The group is $10 per session and will run for 9 weeks from March 4-April 29.
