My approach to therapy is integrative, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Brief, Positive Psychology and Psychodynamic Therapy. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Together we will understand the issues that are negatively impacting your life and help you make positive changes to overcome life difficulties.
