Hello! I am a prelicensed professional counselor at Sonder Behavioral Health who offers a safe space for all clients, specifically those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. I focus my work on children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life stressors such as depression, anxiety, and identity. Throughout our sessions, clients will be able to work toward building confidence in themselves and learn how to care for their own emotional well-being at the pace with which they are most comfortable.
I work with each client to meet their individual needs and tailor their sessions to their unique life experiences. My counseling approach is to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard and supported throughout whatever life has thrown their way.
I understand that going through difficult times in your life can feel isolating, so I want to work to help you feel more supported within your own community. I also know how difficult it can be to reach out for help when you need it, so my goal is to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible for you.
