With nearly 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental counseling for adolescents and adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, substance-use and recovery concerns, family and relationship difficulties, and other life challenges.
With nearly 30 years of behavioral health experience, I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based, and solution-focused interventions. Treatment is individualized to your needs and focused on developing practical coping skills and meaningful, lasting change.
